Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item for return approval (this is to prevent customers from ordering items for a special occasion and then returning their item for a refund after they have used it). You must ship the item within 5 days of receipt of package.
Item must be sent back via Priority Mail with Insurance and must be returned in original condition for us to accept your item back for a refund. We’ll then refund the cost of your order minus shipping and insurance charges where appropriate. No refund will be given if you do not follow the procedure above. In addition, all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
